Lovorithm is built around gifts that often carry private moments — photos of people you love, voice notes, personal messages. We treat that material with care. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and what choices you have.
What we collect
Account info (email, display name, handle, avatar) when you sign up. Gift content (photos, voice notes, text you write) when you create a gift. Recipients only see the gift you send them; we never expose your account details to them. Server logs (IP, user agent) for the usual operational reasons — rate limiting, abuse prevention, debugging.
How we use it
To run the service: deliver gifts, send transactional email (purchase receipts, share links), prevent abuse. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not run third-party advertising.
Where it is stored
On Supabase (Singapore region). Photos and voice notes live in a private Supabase Storage bucket; only people with the share link can read them. Database backups are taken daily.
Sharing
Gifts are shared via an opaque link. The link is unique per gift; please do not forward it to people you do not want to see the gift. We do not share your gift content with anyone outside the gift you explicitly created.
Your choices
You can update or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and unpublished drafts. Gifts you have sent remain live for the recipient unless you ask us to take them down — email support@lovorithm.app and we will remove them within 7 days.
Cookies
We use one cookie to remember your language preference (en / zh-Hant), and the standard auth cookies Supabase sets for sign-in. No third-party tracking cookies.
